RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Thank you for shopping with us at centeRLine custom designs! It is important to us that you have a great shopping experience and are happy with your purchase. If a piece does not work for you, we have a return policy that makes things quick and easy. Please refer to our return/exchange policy below and reach out to us with any questions at info@centerlinecustomdesigns.com.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to our constantly changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please buy the correct item and ship back the item you wish to return.
RETURN POLICY
• We accept the return of retail merchandise in new condition within 10 days of the receipt of shipment. After 10 days, items may be returned for store credit.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• Please note, due to the hygienic nature of earrings, they are a final sale and may not be returned.
• Custom made items such as jackets, purses, engraved items are final sale and may not be returned.

• Visit us at one of our pop-up events. Please bring your item with receipt or order confirmation.
