RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with us at centeRLine custom designs!  It is important to us that you have a great shopping experience and are happy with your purchase.  If a piece does not work for you, we have a return policy that makes things quick and easy. Please refer to our return/exchange policy below and reach out to us with any questions at info@centerlinecustomdesigns.com.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to our constantly changing inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please buy the correct item and ship back the item you wish to return.

RETURN POLICY

We accept the return of retail merchandise in new condition within 10 days of the receipt of shipment.  After 10 days, items may be returned for store credit.  
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Please note, due to the hygienic nature of earrings, they are a final sale and may not be returned.
Custom made items such as jackets, purses, engraved items are final sale and may not be returned.
